  1. Once the final changes are approved, we provide the final budget for your project
  2. When you are ready to move forward, you will sign the contract
  3. The contract will map out the scope and payment structure of your project
  4. Your designer will schedule an appointment to make your final selections
  5. Final choices are confirmed or changed and the budget will be reconciled
  1. All of your materials will be ordered and any permits needed will be submitted
  2. A pre-construction meeting with your project manager will be set to go over your final checklist, review the plan and timeline of your project. Any specific needs or consideration to your home and family can be addressed.

  2. Things get messy! Remember, you are living in your home while we demolish your space and put it back together. There will be steps that may not seem to make sense, there will be days when no one is on site, but we ask you to put your trust is us. It is all part of a larger plan to make your dreams come true.

 

  1. Once your project is complete (and you are tired of seeing us every day) we will set up a final walk through of your Beautiful, newly renovated space to ensure that we have met/exceeded your expectations.
  2. Your project manager will compile a punch-out list as needed and schedule time to get everything just right.
  3. We are committed to offering quality materials, exceptional craftsmanship and professional customer service. We stand behind our work so all of our jobs are covered under our one year warranty
  4. When we are finished, we expect that your new space will be Fabulous! We may ask to take some photographs to add to our website and maybe a testimonial of your experience with our process.
