Stew is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Ohio and co-owner of 2 businesses specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling, Renovara and UHS Contracting. Stew has been in the construction industry since 1993, initially working in the new construction field and more recently focusing on renovations. His 24 years in residential construction has exposed him to some of the most qualified sub-contractors in the Central Ohio region, as well as strong relationships with building officials all across town. The projects reflect that attention to detail and quality finishes.
Kim is a Certified Interior Designer with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She began her career in new construction and has worked for National builders in multiple markets. Through her past experiences, she has developed a keen eye for every detail it takes to create a beautiful and functional space that her clients can enjoy for years to come.
Kim is passionate about combining her creativity and love for design to create a unique environment that will reflect your individual needs and personal style.

Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and remodeling industry. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio. He still lives in Central Ohio with his wife and 5 children. He began his construction and remodeling career in the Restoration industry, restoring properties after Fire, Water, Mold, and Storm damaged. He quickly developed a reputation for integrity, hard working with a passion to assist property owners in their time of need. He has managed over 2,000 construction and remodeling projects from large too small.
